I am BEYOND grateful to have had a realtor like Teri Ramirez to guide us through the wild journey of buying a home. I truly couldn’t have imagined doing it without her by my side. Throughout the entire process, I trusted her completely — she always had our best interests at heart and understood exactly what we were looking for. Teri listened to our needs and wants, was honest and transparent, fought for us when needed, and was always communicative and available. She is truly one of the best and helped us get into our very first home, which we will cherish forever!

Agents here do not care about the best interest of their client. They only care about commissions if they don’t think it’s “worth their time”. The agent I had issues with is Jean Robb. Please avoid and go with another agency that truly takes their agent duties seriously.

Teri was my biggest advocate. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with her and she was very honest which is MOST important to me. I bought this home on my own and she was even there for me when I was signing the papers. She stayed the whole time and reviewed the papers with me to make sure they were accurate. Don't know too many realtors that would do that. I really think she was as excited for me as I was about finalizing the sale of my new home. I am blessed and thankful to have had her as my realtor.

John listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect home. He also worked with a local lender to ensure that I was fully pre-qualified so I could be in a great position to put in an offer on my dream home. All of this paid off and he got me the house I wanted for $10k under asking price which is nearly unheard of in this market. If you are looking for your new home in the Dallas area, I would highly recommend John Mays!!

I had no issue leasing through this company. There were no unexpected fees so rent was the same every month. Customer service has been great. I recently moved out of the unit and received my deposit back, in full, within a week of my lease end.
