Century 21 Maddux Realty

I recently dealt with John Maddux and Century 21 as he was representing some individuals selling a piece of property. Once we were under contract and underway with the entire process it seemed that there was a lack of correspondence and proactive behavior. Ranging from not being around while there was an auction on the property being sold, not providing the keys ahead of time for the final walk through on the household a few days from purchase, not showing up for closing. Once again I must say this was a buyers perspective and what I noticed rather than an individual selling a property and using them as an agent.

A few years ago i had them handle a sale of a piece of property the third time I came in from across the United States I stayed for 30 days they finally got it closed everything was going pretty good until Edward got involved then if I could give them a- 3 star rating I would Lee Frederick

We've attempted to contact this office for the last 13 days and have yet to get a response by phone or email. We literally have the cash to make an offer on the property, but can't because no one will get ahold of us.

Found us a great place! Awesome to do business with.

No replies, no callbacks, voicemail boxes full and can't leave a message, etc.
