We had a very bad experience with Laurie Osborne. She was the selling agent on a home we recently purchased. We contacted her in attempts to set up a showing and never heard back from her. After getting another agents help she proceeded to make our home buying process as difficult as possible. She didn't show up for any of the final walk-throughs or anything. We never even saw this lady. She bullied our agent with poor communication and told us that she was continuing to show the house even after we had a signed contract. Just a big lack in professionalism. You can tell she's very 'comfortable' with her job position in the area.
