I used Berchiben Douillard as a realtor 2 years ago in regard of a property in Fort Lauderdale. I did everything I needed to do on my part for the apartment. But after he asked me out and I denied him he started messaging me less about the property and he kept my refund. Once he wrote me a check for the refund the check wad voided by my bank. I been trying to get in contact with him for 2 years now and he still has yet to refund me back my deposit. Don't trust him he has an inactive business license and he is robing the poor communities. I thought I could trust him because we went to school together but he is just as sorry as these horrible scammers out here. I already filed a complaint with the city and I'm pressing charges. I have to admit I am totally bias however the agents that work here have the highest integrity and put their customers needs well above their own. AVOID: This broker, Christine Hansen, and her agent, Ewa Kucia, recently represented the buyer in a sale of a property I owned. On the eve of the close, Ms. Hansen refused to honor a commitment made by her agent and her office. This imperiled the transaction, which would have caused significant harm to both her clients and to me. In my opinion, this broker is unprofessional and lacks integrity. AVOID

I Started My Real Estate career in 1999 at this very office. I Left Florida for a minute back in 2007.
