Brandy Goulet assisted my husband and me in finding the perfect second home/short-term rental in Burke, VT. We live 3 hours away, so coming up to look at properties before other offers were put in was difficult. Brandy did multiple video tours for us of properties we were interested in. Scott was an excellent real estate agent. He worked with us long distance, sending us various properties and homes to look at and even did video walk-throughs to narrow down those that we would come see in person. He was very knowledgeable about home repairs that would be needed and the costs involved. After we decided on a place, he was able to give us recommendations for companies and people that could do a lot of the work and was very good with all of the paperwork involved for the sale itself.
