Do not go with Whitni Scott as a realtor if your not selling a house also. I told her I had questions. Not once did she try and call me. I'd send messages and it would be 2 to 4 hours before I got a response. Her communication skills lack professionalism. I am using a new realtor with in the same office. Hopefully this one thinks my little money is worth her time.

Look elsewhere. Found a home in Duggar. (Homeowner with the pond, they got you too) Was ready with cash, and prepared to pay well above listing. Requested a video walkthrough at 10am for the opening of 3pm, as we live several hours away and received a call shortly after from an agent, Whitni I believe. She was almost immediately uninterested in helping us with setting up potential walkthrough (that was available online and requested to schedule). She proceeded to tell us the owners had a couple offers already and were planning on making a decision by 8pm. It was around 10:30am-11am at this point, and our virtual walkthrough request was for the opening of 3pm.
