Xiao Chen has a horrible attitude over talks you and want you to do all the foot work instead of helping the client .

Spoke with 2 separate agents from this location. The first one was great at first then became unresponsive even after we expressed interested in the apartment she was listing and wanted to start the process. The second agent was just plain rude. I reached out multiple times to inquire about a unit she was listing and she finally reach back out to me and it was the worst experience. She kept talking over me and would not allow me to ask my questions then hung up on me. I called back and told her I wasn't done asking questions and she seemed irritated. I will never work with another agent from this location. They lost out on a customer and potential customers I would hav referred.
