Century 21 Cornerstone

I purchased a home in Fort Morgan earlier this year that was listed by Mary Walter of Century 21 Cornerstone which was sold by Josh Norell of Ascend Equity LLC. The house is one of numerous “flips” in Fort Morgan sold by Ascend Equity LLC and Mary Walter. I have had numerous significant issues with the property since I purchased the house. The seller failed to disclose significant issues that had been disclosed to him when he purchased the house months earlier. I understand from my numerous meetings with city employees of Fort Morgan that a significant amount of the work done on the house was not permitted by the city and very little of the work done on the house was inspected by the city. Dealing with Mary and Josh has been an awful experience that I hope no one else has to deal with. P

I previously left a comment, but apparently it was deleted so let me do this again. I moved to a house rented out by Cornerstone on 7th Ave and it has been a struggle and regret ever since moving in. The basement floods and I have been in office and over the phone requesting someone to come out and do something with the windows for the past 3 months with no luck!! If you rent from them PLEASE ask for previous renters experience because they charge extremely high prices for what looks good until you get in the home and sign the lease. It's horrible and needs to be stopped!! I have had to throw away so many valuables from water damage!! I would post pictures of the flooding but I dont see the option to do so anymore. Go figure!

This older home that Cornerstone is listing is in downtown Fort Morgan has loads of character, with a mix of classic charm and modern updates. We used cornerstone when we were renting out our home and then when we sold it. They went above and beyond for us. It was such a lovely experience and we are honestly sad that we sold our home and aren’t working with them now! But we will recommend them to anyone needing a real estate company!! Also, when we were renting out our home we had several companies who did not check on anything for us. Just collected their checks and ignored our home. When we finally got with cornerstone is when we were ACTUALLY taken care of and they were very thorough. Couldn’t recommend them enough
