He helped me with the selling process thoroughly, and even met me at a place that was convenient for me to get to when I was unable to come to his office. Worst Real Estate. Never do Business again. I got a rent, Bay Club, through an agent, Hellen Novick. She is professional to correct rent, but refused to give me deposit back after I moved out. She refused give me a phone number of owner. I have not got deposit back for 8 months. Still I have not got my deposit back yet. I have not got my electricity deposit also. Be aware of the business and Hellen.
