I highly recommend John Perriello as your real estate agent. He is honest and straightforward about all the procedures/disclosures involved with the sale of your home. I was having no luck for 6 months selling my home under a different broker until I contacted John. I explained my situation to him, that I was in hardship and needed to do a short sale, and he listed the home as a short sale listing to give any buyer full disclosure. My previous broker didn't honestly list the home as a short sale so we lost a buyer. John knows that the only way to run real estate sales is with honest disclosure, so choose him as your agent!
