Linda Byrne realtor aka landlord gives great advice ! I didnt realize I could skew the housing market and make a better profit! What peace of mind that I can just price out out the tenants I don't like, and not have to worry about getting sued or worse. Phew!
I asked for information on a house which was listed "for sale" at a price of 2900 which seemed wrong. He told me it would not be for sale at that price and it is for sale but it's for rent. So I said if it's for rent then I'm not interested however I had more questions about another property he hung up on me before I could say anything more. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful, and if you work off of commission would you try to make another sale? This is not the first time I've had an experience like this with Century 21 and I will not do business with them going forward.
