Century 21 Alliance

Hi everyone. I was in contact with Eunice Puerto through Zillows partnership with them. I reached out about being interested in buying a home with century 21. I was very clear on my parameters on the type of home that i was looking for. The market is currently on a downtrend and Eunice wanted to tell me that the market is really hot despite the high amount of listings. She shrugged me off, hinting that she only wanted to work with customers that she can sell an overpriced home at todays high interest rates. Highly discourage any savvy buyer not to work with them. They do not take their fiduciary duty seriously.

So happy we chose Century 21 Alliance and Lea Mazurie. We got almost 50% MORE than a local realtor said we would get....50 % MORE MONEY. Isn't that what it's about. Added bonus was the great deal for the purchase of the new home. WIN WIN!!!

Century 21 Alliance has been a pleasure to deal with. I have worked with other realtors in the area for my summer rentals over the past several years & Century 21 really goes above & beyond for their clients. Kathy Landwehr at Century 21 has been great. She is always quick to respond & has been so helpful through the entire process. Everyone at the office has always been a pleasure to deal with.
