Dave Rusteberg was great to work with from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he definitely was quick to find out. He always wanted to make sure he gave the correct information and the most information he possibly could. He was very helpful and showed great guidance through the entire process, no matter how many houses I asked him to show me. The communication was great and Dave didn't leave me hanging waiting on some sort of response. He followed-up on things that needed attention. Lindsay Egner is terrible to work with, she was dishonest and used our lack of knowledge on buying our first house and took advantage of us and screwed us over in the inspections, now we have to spend money we weren’t credited for by the brokerage and seller, and can’t even move into the house we closed on! she broke contract, never would work with her again!
