We had a fantastic experience with our realtor, Chris Toulouse. He went above and beyond what was expected to help us sell our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything. We found him very knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to helping us. He was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Absolutely the best. I would recommend him to anybody.

Chris Toulouse was the realtor for our home. Even with a deal falling through, our home was sold within 2 months. Chris is very hardworking and completely transparent. He made himself available to answer the "Many" questions or concerns we had during the whole process. Chris has a great personality. He made us laugh more than a few times and never made us feel like were inferior or bothering him. There are not many realtors out there that will relate to you and never make you feel inadequate for not "knowing" the way a home is sold and the laws that govern the whole process. So, with that said....if you want a realtor with personality, dependability and keeping your best interest in mind, then Chris Toulouse should be at the top of your pick list.

Everyone at the office is friendly and easy to talk to. We were very surprised how quickly things moved with our house. However there were some "Red Flags" we feel were missed. With years of experience our realtor should have known the questions to ask or suggested we ask more questions regarding the roofs age and condition. We started having major weather related issues just days after closing on the house. We closed a few weeks early and at asking price. So we feel that our realtor should have contacted the selling agent to help us come up with at least part of our insurance deductible. But our realtor did not advocate for us after closing. Another realtor from the office may have been a better fit for us. We feel the need to share our experience to help other first time home buyers. My

So recently I realized that I needed a fresh start. So I decided I wanted to list my property for sale on sugar island. I didn't go with the "sugar island realtor" instead I decided to give these guys a shot. Unannounced, I walked into the office and immediately felt very welcomed. I immediately sat down with Andy and Michelle LeBlanc. We talked about the market, and they said they would immediately go look at property. They listed it that week on a Friday, there was a showing by an agent from their office on Sunday, had a offer Monday morning that I couldn't turn down. Everything was smooth as butter. I can't recommend them any harder. Good people, good effort, great experience.
