Had a great experience with Bob Boob and my agent Rachel Killinger. I temporarily moved up to Lock Haven for a year for work and rented a very cheap and affordable one bedroom apartment in 2024. From moving in to moving out and everything in between, they made it a great experience. I moved back to Lancaster County where I grew up and have family and friends, but if I ever move back up to this area, I would definitely go with Bob Boob again!

I have been renting an apartment through 1st Choice for a year now. This is my first apartment that I have ever rented That was managed by a realtor. I was a little hesitant at first, just because doing anything unfamiliar can always be a little scary. And I was very happy to sign another one year lease recently. I’m very glad that I did choose to go with my gut in renting through 1st choice, because it was such a seamless process moving in, it’s also wonderful to be able to relax and feel secure in my home, because they are always there to help or guide me with any type of questions or needs I might have regarding the property. Rachel has been especially kind, accommodating, and very responsive anytime I need her.
