Centric One90

Came into CentricOne 90 for an impromptu tour and was so very pleased at the welcome reception I got. I was helped by Gage, and he was completely open and transparent about everything concerning the property, leading and answers my 769 questions with a smile! We saw all amenities and 3 units. Halls were clean, everything was in wonderful order and they have really enticing specials. This is now a front runner on my list. Relocating from Atlanta to Dallas and want to be sure I’m making the right decision. But this is def a top choice!

5/5 — Great Place to Live! I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to everything I need. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues that come up. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building stays quiet and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free living experience!

Great place to call home! I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is nice, cozy, and well taken care of. The area’s super convenient — close to stores, food, and everything I need. The management and maintenance people are friendly and quick to help whenever something comes up. It’s a quiet, safe place with good neighbors, and it honestly just feels comfortable and easy to live in. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to settle down.

Ashley and Melonie were fantastic. They welcomed me with such positive energy and listened attentively to everything I shared. Centric One90 is a beautiful property, and their professionalism made my visit even better. I highly recommend this community and their wonderful staff.

Been here for 3 months and it's been the best apartment I've ever had. It's a new complex and it sure feels like it. The pool/patio area is a big plus. Staff has always been helpful when I have even the smallest questions. There's lots of dogs around and I don't see many droppings, though it happens sometimes. Update in 2023 after 4 years of living here: Management has always been responsive and communicative with me even through the change of management. Rent did go up a bit after the management changed, but it was still competitive with other similar units in the area. Maintenance was really fast for the small issues I had over the years (smoke detector beeping, disposal not spinning, etc.).
