I absolutely love being part of the Centric family! The modern design and beautiful colors of the complex instantly make it feel like home. The pool and common areas are always spotless and welcoming, and the whole place has such a peaceful vibe. I also love how convenient it is to have Butter Plaza nearby and several bus options that make getting around so easy. But what truly makes this community shine is Tabitha—she’s amazing! Her dedication and heart show in everything she does, and she makes living here feel extra special.

I’ve had the pleasure of calling Centric on 34 home for several months now, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the staff and management team have gone above and beyond to make residents feel valued, cared for, and truly part of a community. They are responsive, friendly, and always willing to help—whether it’s a quick maintenance request or just a warm smile when you walk through the office. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculately maintained year-round, with lush landscaping that makes it feel more like a resort than an apartment complex. The pool area is stunning—a perfect place to relax on a sunny Florida afternoon—and the outdoor grill and lounge spaces are ideal for hosting friends or unw

I love the Nook! The apartment is great, maintenance is extremely fast and caring, and the office staff is exceptional! Feels like a family, I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live. The complex has multiple bus lines that run by and isn't too far from campus. Not to mention the office has many events and give-aways that they host. Their social media accounts are always active posting great content. 10/10 recommend as a great place to live.

Centric on 34th is an ideal location if you're looking to have everything you need close by to live comfortably here in Gainesville. Tabitha's current management has improved the maintenance service, which is so important to making us feel like we live in a nice place. I really recommend this place!
