Centreville Courts Apartments

This was once a very nice apartment complex. NOT a decent place at the moment.

I currently live in these apartments, I've been here since 2018. There has been 3+ managers since I've been here. Every time a new manager has come in has threatened to evicted me until I prove that they're wrong!! This newest manager doesn't care that she's wrong. She insist on evicting me and my family, with all the proof I have provided... Shes very RUDE!! She doesn't talk to you, she yells like an adult is a dog!! Ive been trying to get work done in this apartment since I've lived here. I've even tried calling corporate with NO RESPONSE!! The only things that has finally been fixed since I've been here is the toilets and air. And the toilets just got fixed 2024. There was roofing done on my building the letter said, it would only that a week and we can't park in our driveway for that w

I’ve been waiting for almost a year for my 3 bedroom. I call no answer I leave a voicemail I used to drive down and her car wouldn’t be there majority of the time. Than when she finally did answer it was always something or she was on vacation. But got mad because I called corporate because I was wandering what was the hold up. My year is about to come and still waiting on a 3 bedroom.

Thought about trying to apply for a apartment, but they're so run down I just couldn't see myself giving any company the type of money they're asking for a month when the building has central air but every one has air conditioning in there windows. Many other negative things that need to be maintenance by a contractor.

I'm not sure why there's an option to rate just for stopping by. I don't live in the apartments. A relative does. They're okay I guess. I haven't heard her complain.
