Centre Pointe Apartments

We were looking for a place for our daughter to live, that was safe, clean and close to her nursing school. The move-in process was seamless, and the expectations and paperwork were clear and easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. Michelle in the office was warm, professional, and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish. She also took the time to describe the community in a way that made it feel like much more than my daughter just moving into an apartment—it felt like she was a part of a welcoming community. I recently moved into Centre Point and have had a great experience. Michelle was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in an apartment. She was super accommodating, laid out all the costs clearly, and explained exactly what to expect, which made the whole experience feel transparent and stress-free. The leasing process was smooth from start to finish, and I genuinely appreciated how responsive and organized everything was. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far and love the location and environment. Highly recommend Centre Point!

My boyfriend has been living at Centre Pointe for over a year and absolutely loves it! He enjoys all the amenities, especially the basketball court and pool. This year, I moved in and we had transferred to a different unit. Michelle made the entire process a breeze, and we were able to smoothly transition into our new apartment. She was very responsive and answered the many questions we had. I highly recommend Centre Pointe to anyone looking to live in Viera. The apartments are very nice, the location is perfect, and the staff is amazing!

This is an update to my original review which I gave 1 star due to the people living upstairs. Since they moved out and we have new people, I would give Centre Pointe 5 stars, but I reduced it one star for the previous problem. Unfortunately the quality of life in an apartment can be affected by your neighbors. We have great neighbors now and we enjoy everything Centre Pointe has to offer. Old review: We have lived here for 7 months, and the people upstairs have made our life’s awefull . The people above us were like elephants, our ceiling would shake as they bounded about all day long . Loud crashing sounds and constant moving of items and thunderous footsteps. Now they have moved out, the workers are in there. It’s so loud we can’t even talk in our apartment our ceiling fans are shaking

I’ve had a great experience living at Centre Pointe so far. The location is amazing, super convenient and close to the avenues and the highway. The amenities are awesome as well. The gym is really nice, the basketball court is super clean, and the elevators were a life saver during move in. A big shoutout to Michelle and Taylor for helping me secure the exact unit I wanted. They were both incredibly helpful and made the whole move-in process easy and stress-free. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I definitely recommend it.
