Centre Point Apartments

We've had a great experience with Centre Pointe so far. Michelle was very informative and did a wonderful job showing us the property during our first visit. Her, Taylor, and Logan were all super helpful with any questions we had during the leasing process as well. Our move in was simple and the apartment looked great when we arrived. Overall, we're very happy so far and would definitely recommend Centre Pointe to anyone who is looking for a great place to call home!

Looking for a place for my mother, who is 91. Michelle Provine-Sterner, the Sr. Leasing Consultant, was wonderful, and really understood my mom's needs. She made her feel so special, and thoroughly answered all our questions. In fact, we are applying for the apartment now, in large part due to Michelle. She lives on site and made me feel like she really cares about her neighbors, and that my mom would feel comfortable knowing she is around, which of course is comforting for me as well. I strongly recommend Michelle if you are looking for an apartment home in Viera

Overall, I have had a good experience with Centre Pointe. Maintenance and the front is quick and helpful. The grounds are well kept. I occasionally hear my neighbors, but thats when they are blasting music or vacuuming on hardwood. It's rare and doesn't bother me. I haven't used the amenities, personally I am wary because of COVID, I appreciate that they were cautious in reopening the amenities and appreciate they have added hand sanitizers.
