Centre Court

I am current resident and I would say that the apartments are nice aside from the constant spit and trash up and down the steps,the smoke that always surrounds the building and the fights from neighbors. Lease agreements are not being upheld,my neighbor is always jumping, running and stomping through the night and early morning and nothing is being done. I have complained and was threatened with being evicted. LOUD music from my neighbors apartment can be heard in my apartment and again nothing is done about it.

Mrs.Famosha and Desmond was very helpful to me. My apartment is very nice. And my neighbors are very friendly and nice.

The property manager is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! She pulled a gun out on me with my sister and MY 2 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER with me !! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE WITH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF !! I feared for my life and I WILL be pressing charges !! I had to call the police!!

This property manager is so nasty she should not work for the public alone with allowing contractors to take something from a residence child and not want to reach out to handle the situation is crazy work to me like my dog is my life and to have to be treated like crap is crazy work I don’t really understand

Property is nice. Needs security cameras. Trash is ridiculous. People throw trash on the ground. Send children with heavy bags. Cannot put in dumpster. Leave trash on the ground. As well , as adult's throw trash on ground from vehicles. Rent rates went up. For 2 bedroom $932 and 3 bedroom $1,035.
