Denise and Tessa are hands down the best title officers I’ve ever used. They helped me through the entire process from buying land to building my first home on that land as a first time home buyer. There’s so much involved and so much information you have to learn as a first time buyer; but they helped me every step of the way and made it an easy and understandable process. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

We had a wonderful experience. Denise and her staff took great care of us and kept us in the loop through the entire process. She is very experienced and helped when the title exam hit a snag. Not all title work is clear, and she and her staff worked quickly with the sellers to correct and clean up the curative. I trust Central Title Gilmer and know it was done right. Take your title orders there and ask for her.
