I would rate 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend running as far away as you can from renting from this company. I am writing this in hopes I will save someone else from being harassed and taken advantage of. The owners of Central Realty of Louisiana are well aware of the malpractices the complex manager Colleen commits on a daily basis. They have been contacted multiple times about the manager of the complex and her son harassing tenants and abusing her position. They are allowing this to continue after being advised of what is going on at the complex. Colleen and her son, Sean, harass multiple tenants on a regular basis and constantly involve themselves in illegal and fraudulent activities. The lady at the front desk is very friendly,helpful,and respectable for on the other hand her BOSS WHOM DID NOT GIVE HIS NAME IS NOT AT ALL IN ANY TYPE OF WAY THOSE THINGS!! HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PIPES AT THEIR PROPERTY on compromise st. In Kenner FOR 5 DAYS THAT RESULTED IN MY WATER BILL BEING $151.95. When talking to the MAN IN CHARGE (rememberhegaveNOname) ALL I NEEDED WAS A PAPER STATING THE PIPELINE WERE BROKEN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED AND OR FIXED. BUT WHAT I GOT WAS “THAT I WAS TALKING OVER HIM AND THAT I NEEDED TO SHUT UP 🤐,I OWE THEM AND EXT.... OH YEA DID I MENTION HE HUNG UP AFTER HE KNEW HE WAS CAUGHT AND IN THE WRONG... (I skipped through a little) YALL GET THE POINT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT AND DO NOT LIKE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!!

Terrible place!!! Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and the man in charge...all I’ll say is you reap what you sow.

I love all the people at Central Realty. The lady at the front desk is my favorite.
