Central Park Residences

I recently moved here from New York and have really enjoyed the place and neighborhood so far. The residences offer great amenities, including a gym, sauna, and small market. Since it’s a gated building, I feel safe going for walks or runs at any time of day or night. The trees, flowers, and fountains in the courtyards are refreshing and add a beautiful touch to the environment. The people I’ve met have been very nice, and the management does an excellent job maintaining the property. The residences and common areas are kept very clean, with staff on hand daily for cleaning and repairs.

Central Park is a great place. There are several amenities pool, Tennis court, clubroom, track, gym, 24 hour security, full access to downtown. This is a HOA there are a lot of rules to help people live together in Harmony. And rules are set for by the owners, and I understand there are a lot of bad reviews on here but that is people that don’t follow the rules or don’t bother learning the rules. Every homeowner is given access to the bylaws, policies and procedures for the property. And this place also has the best views in Tulsa in my opinion

Beautiful, safe, and very well located within Tulsa. Everything is a 15 minute drive. This place has protected parking, a 24/7 security team, a gym with weights and cardio, and beautiful apartments. Some of the areas, like the lobby, are a bit outdated and the carpets might need to be washed a bit more often, but this is a great place to live

Wonderful establishment. The new management is getting things done, minus a few hiccups with employees. All in all this is a great environment. They have a convenience store for average groceries that really comes in handy as well. I would own a spot here if they reconstructed their A/C systems, they are very outdated, but considering the age of the building, it is what it is. Wonderful views, spacious units, friendly security, and a secure gated community with a parking garage. These condos are worth a look!

I absolutely love living at Central Park. We have a townhouse and appreciate the amount of space we get downtown and the friendly community. There are a lot of trees and pretty landscaping and it feels kind of removed from downtown although its steps to all our favorite restaurants. We can walk anywhere downtown we want to go, then come home and hang out on our quiet patio.
