Central Park Apartments

Living at Central Park Condominiums is wonderful. The location is ideal—close to shops, dining, and highways —yet the community feels peaceful and private. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the apartments are bright, modern, spacious and comfortable. Amenities like the fitness center, pool, and gathering spaces make it easy to relax or connect with neighbors. Best of all, our manager Liz is wonderful and always cheerful and helpful. I also find it very quiet here and have never had a problem. When it is time to renew my lease, I am going to stay here another year as I’m truly proud to call this place home.

We absolutely enjoy servicing this property. Their team is kind, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Dan brings so much positive energy with every interaction, and Alfredo’s clear, reliable communication keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. Been here for almost two years. When I first moved into this apartment complex, I’ll be honest — things were a bit rough. Maintenance was slow, communication wasn’t great, and it felt like nothing was really getting taken care of. But since the management company changed, there’s been a noticeable improvement across the board. The new team is responsive, friendly, and actually seems to care about the residents. Maintenance requests are getting handled much faster, and you can tell they’re making an effort to improve the property overall. They’ve also been doing little things to build community and make the place feel more like home, which I really appreciate. The progress they’ve made gives me a lot of hope. I have arthritis in my hands, so turning a faucet is very difficult. While Alfredo, our maintenance guy was replacing weather stripping on a door I asked if he could fix my faucet. He said he probably could, left my place and returned minutes later with levered handles. Now I am able to control the water with ease. Thanks Alfredo.

We’ve been here for almost two years and at the beginning with old management it was pretty rough and they never wanted to help you with anything or barely even respond but with this new management group everything has changed, they’re always in office, always quickly responsive to anything you need and very friendly. It’s been such a better experience that I’m willing to stay longer knowing they’re here. Thank you guys for changing this place around!
