Central Landings at Town Center Apartments

My wife and I recently have moved into the Central Landings at Town Center apartments and we have not had any bad experiences, if anything they have been nothing but AMAZING!!! The staff has been very communicative with us and answered all our “dumb” questions. Liana has been the one walking us through this journey! We couldn’t have asked for a better Assistant Community Director. She is so sweet, kind, and most importantly patient with us. If I could give Liana and this community more than 5 ⭐️’s I most definitely would. Really enjoy living here with so many kind and considerate neighbors.

The maintenance team here is the absolute best! Always available to help whether it’s an issue in your apartment, your building, or even once when I locked myself out of my new car! John crawled through the back to retrieve my keys in the cup holder! (I couldn’t do that with my bad knee.) I’ve talked to other people who had to wait 2 weeks to get their microwave fixed (they live elsewhere) but our maintenance is less than 24 hours!! John and Andre are superb and are sometimes joined by Alberto who we love because he cleans.

The Maintenance guys, John & Andre worked on my AC work order today. They came in a timely manner & worked professionally. The problem actually resolved before they came but they inspected the AC panel anyway & discovered a small adjustment regarding the water sensor. They fixed that & I am pleased with their workmanship. They both have pleasant attitudes & work efficiently. I highly feel that they are the right men for this job & I am assured when they come the job will be done appropriately & professionally.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Alberto. Ever since he joined the maintenance team, the difference in our community has been truly remarkable. The grounds look better than ever, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. More than that, he is such a sweet young man—so kind and respectful, which is something you don’t see as often these days. My neighbors and I just adore him! He’s truly a blessing to our little community, and we are so lucky to have him.

I have lived here for 6 months and I love it here, my apartment is beautiful, the upkeep of the grounds , maintenance and office staff are are amazing, I have a screened in porch , which I love, no bugs !
