Central Haven Apartments

I have been living here for close to a year now and it has been a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly and the landlord has been very helpful and caring with everything. If there is an issue with anything in your apartment, she gets it fixed immediately. Coming from a big city where conditions are rough for good value, you get the exact opposite. Here you get caring owners, good price, and a larger then average apartment for the price you pay. I truly enjoy my time here! Great place to live and start a new beginning.

I lived here for a year, and I loved it at first because this was me and my husbands first place together. Then weird things were happening and I was finally noticing it. Our electric bill was so high, because the A/C was always broken. It was always freezing and our room was so hot. I started to notice that we had a rat problem by finding holes in my rice bag. When we told a friend that lived there about it, he told someone else, and they called me and my husband a liar. That kind of upset me, and honestly that was the reason why I didn't want to say anything. They ended up finding rats in their apartment as well. I was happy at first and went from running out of there. I loved the Super. She was always so sweet to me, but she has a lot of work to do I feel like.

Great move-in experience. Very happy with the apartment, the location, and the community. The staff have been attentive and efficient. No issues at all. 10/10 Recommend!

If you like losing your sanity, not having privacy, not getting any sleep, and living with roaches as well as rats, then Georgetown Apartments is the place for you! The people that own and run the complex are slumlords!! Our apartment was flooded three times by the upstairs neighbors and we were stuck cleaning up the mess all three times. Mold and possible electrical damage were never addressed. The only thing that was done was replacement of the exhaust fan in the bathroom where the water from the upstairs apartment came pouring through. The entire 3.5 years we lived there, our airconditioner never worked right. We paid for our own monthly pest control the majority of the time to keep the roaches and rats away because pest control only comes around every 3 months if that. Our BBQ grill wa
