Central Coast Property Management

I trusted Central Coast Property Management to handle finding tenants for my rental property, and the experience was extremely frustrating. They held onto our rental keys for over three months with almost no communication or updates about the process. Their lack of responsiveness and professionalism caused unnecessary delays and stress. Even though my family members currently use their services, we were still let down. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

Central Coast Property Management continues to do an outstanding job managing our properties. They have had our rentals since 2022. Edgar Gascon and his team have far exceeded our expectations; from minimizing vacancy times, fixing issues that arise from tenants, to prepping our homes for the next tenant in-between renters. Edgar is on the ball. We have quite a few properties with Edgar and initially we were considering self management, but after watching the value he brings there is no way we could match the time, effort, and expertise he has and puts into managing our portfolio. They have earned our trust and confidence. 5 star review, cannot recommend enough!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The “manager” there is very unprofessional, doesn’t answer back when there’s a problem that needs fixing. There’s other things as well but overall this is a terribly managed company to rent from. I also know we’re not the only ones because I have heard first hand from other tenants renting from here as well and have the same opinion.

Very much appreciate Edgar and his staff! Truly great, hardworking people only wanting the best for both homeowners and tenants.

Rented with this property management for a couple years and loved the experience! Office staff was friendly and Edgar was always reachable, 10/10 recommend!
