Central Bay Apartments

Living life in a grand way is the best way to describe this place. I'm now on my third year renting from Central Bay Apartments and it's been incredible. Has all your useful amenities (pool, gym, pet care center, ect.) The staff are always welcoming and so helpful. The apartments all have great layouts with very nice appliances. Last but not least, you always have an amazing view to see! Its been a definite vacation while at home! Best apartments in Wichita hands down.

My Wife and I have lived here basically since they first opened, for about 6 years (since 2018). We love this place. They are very pet friendly, and Management staff are always helpful. We have had several small maintenance issues which were easily and quickly fixed. We had one big issue which was that our AC went out about 4 years ago on the weekend. They were in first thing on Monday morning to fix that problem as well. We did have some issues with noisy neighbors a while back only because they were slamming their front door which Shook our apartment, but they have since moved out and no problems. The walking path is great for people, children and pets. The pet washing station is nice. The fitness center is nice. And Renting out the clubhouse for holidays or events, is also very nice. Lo

I have to write this to contradict a negative review. I have lived here since they opened. The management is great. They address issues immediately. As far as apartments go, any will have noise; however, it is much quieter here than other apartment complexes. As for parking, I have never had a problem parking right in front of my door. The management tries to keep dog poop to a minimum by providing bags and disposal areas; however, you can’t control everyone’s laziness. No matter how much people are fined, some people think rules do not apply to them. The staff drives around picking up trash and poop that is left by inconsiderate residents. These are beautiful apartments but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. They will charge you late fees even if you pay your rent on time. And even after you show them the receipt with the payment date and time, they’ll refuse to take the charge off. They refused to answer questions or provide their managers contact information. They literally ignore my calls and emailed me saying they say me calling. Very unprofessional. And very ghetto. And my car was broken into, 1/10. Very poor management. But other than that I think the apartments are good. I just hate that the management seems incapable of handling situations. They will ignore your calls. Stay away.

I have had several issues since living here. The apartments were poorly designed so if you have a ground level apartment, you will hear your neighbor at all hours. Parking close to your apartment can be difficult. There are more tenants than there are parking spots. Another concern I have is safety. There has been theft in the area. Our neighbor's bike was stolen from under our stairs so the thief would of had to come right by our door to steal it. The icing on the cake is the amount of dog poop that is all over the place. So much so that I woke up this morning and walked out to a pile of poop on my porch. I moved into these apartments thinking that they were going to be nice, safe, new apartments with respectful tenants. That is not the case. I look forward to getting out of this place wh
