Tatyana was a joy to work with- organized, efficient and an excellent communicator! We had a pretty tight timeline to close, and she pulled everything together with a couple days to spare. She kept us informed at all times with regular updates on the status of the loan, what was needed from us, and what was pending from others. We had one miscommunication with the title company regarding purchasing the home in our trust and not our personal names- I called Tatyana in a panic, she calmly told me, she would fix it, and she did- she had everything ironed out and back on track within an hour or two.
