This management company took over the Swiss Hamptoms apartment complex in September. There was zero communication about how to pay rent. Renters at Swiss Hampton had an online portal to complete payments prior to the management switch - Centra does not. I was instructed to mail in a check, which is fine, but this was after I called multiple times to try and figure out where to send payment. Rarely do I write poor reviews, but this management company legitimately is terrible.

Do not work, do not provide services for this company, I wouldn’t even rent from this company at all either. They do not pay their vendors, they avoid their vendors when it comes time to pay up. That is why we had to file liens against both the owners and the management company because they are dishonest and do not hold their end of the promise.

This company just took over my property 4402 Swiss - I travel for months at a time and I always pay my rent online. This company doesn't have a website??? I have to mail in my payment? I am gone until 10/9 - how am I supposed to mail in a payment from another state if I don't have my checks? No way to pay over the phone or online. - RIDICULOUS

CP is the management company for the lofts that I live in. They are absolutely horrible. They are dishonest, deceitful and do not care about tenants. They adjust rent and fees at will. Regardless of the lease. I will not be renewing my lease. I have been here 1year.

It's really sad that this Company decided to increase rent by so much; I'm barley going on a year in my apt & it increased by over $200. The complex has had so many tenants leave already and rather than try to keep them they have vacant apartments b/c the high rent is just ridiculous.
