Centerville Manor Apartments is not only nice apartments, but property ALWAYS looks amazing. The Management Staff, Licie and Rebecca are AWWSOME!! No matter how busy they are, they always stop and make sure your issues are taken care of. You are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, they really know how to make you feel at home and your never a bother. Work orders are always answered in a timely manner, management is always making sure they communicate with any and all updates within the community. Centerville Manor is an amazing community!!! The office staff are so friendly and welcoming and the maintenance supervisor DeAndre is top notch! He is so knowledgeable and helpful and truly goes above and beyond! I absolutely love these apartments! You won’t be disappointed moving here!

I have been living here for almost half my lease term with my husband. This is my first apartment ever, and I want to say this experience has been so easy. All of my questions have been answered, and maintenance is amazing! I would recommend anyone living here as their first apartment. The leasing staff were very helpful in our moving-in process. 10/10 apartment life living!

I live here for just under 2 years and moved out in January. I’ve lived in several apartments and this was by far my best renting experience. I would not have left if it wasn’t for military orders, and if I ever find myself in VA again, I would probably go back to this place. Super military friendly. I had a really negative experience before this place and they always went above and beyond. When I was on deployment, i was consistently updated ANYTIME anyone would need to enter my apartment, maintenance was always super fast as well. Rebekah and Licie are absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this place!

We lived here for 4 years, Licie and Rebecca in the office are great and genuinely care about their residents! The fun community events they plan were an added bonus. The maintenance workers are equally impressive; they are quick to respond and handle everything with a friendly attitude. Bittersweet that we had to move, we will miss living here.
