I absolutely loved living at Centerpointe! The entire complex was always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept. My apartment had a spacious, open layout with a balcony view that I adored. It was easy to maintain, and any maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally. The staff made living there even better, especially the manager, RB. He was always a pleasure to talk to and incredibly flexible and understanding with good tenants. The location is unbeatable, right in downtown with restaurants and entertainment just a short walk away. Considering how pricey nearby apartments are, Centerpointe is a hidden gem. The value you get here is incredible. You truly can’t go wrong choosing this place to call home!

My roommate and I lived here for over three years while we were in nursing school. We were two young women living alone in Riverside without any family nearby, and this place truly felt like home. The management was amazing! always kind, responsive, and made us feel safe the entire time. We never had any issues, which is rare for a downtown area. I honestly would have stayed longer if I hadn’t taken a job in Orange County. I’m so thankful we found this place when we did, the price is extremely reasonable for the luxury!

The vibe here was unbeatable – it was relaxed, quiet, and welcoming right from the get-go. The apartments themselves are top-notch for rentals. Spacious, modern, and with all the amenities you could ask for. The gym and yoga rooms were always spotless alongside the pool, spa and barbecue areas. It's elevated apartment living and probably the best bang for your buck in Riverside. The real MVPs are the staff. RB, Celeste, Manny and Ruben made this place feel like home, and were always ready to help out with whatever you need. You can tell that they take great pride in Centerpointe and really care that the residents feel safe, and secure

Great place with affordable price. I really feel the luxury of the apartment unlike others who use cheap materials and appliances. RB is disciplined and fosters a culture of discipline among everyone, creating a positive environment and maintaining high standards.

I've been living here for about a month now and I will say this is a very nice place to live. From scheduling the tour to moving in, our experience with RB (manager) and his staff has been a pleasant one. We needed to move asap and RB was willing to come in after his work hours to give us a tour and expedited our application process. RB made it a smooth and fast process. RB and his staff have excellent customer service and are very attentive of current and future tenants. They do care about their tenants. If you want resort style luxury living with great management I recommend Centerpointe at Market.
