CenterPointe Apartments

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment management is Arrogant. They either have absolutely no idea what is going on or they Strike you with a surprise fee. Honestly, I have been renting for 10 years and lived in three states. THIS IS THE WORST! I have negative stars if I can. Please don’t live here, take your money somewhere else. Any place is better than this place. The property manager was excellent, but I think she left this place during the pandemic, and now the new people are the worst. It is just awful.

Renters beware. Moving out with this complex can be a nightmare. The reviews which state that the managers are arrogant and unprofessional are true. If you have a problem they will be "out of the office" or otherwise unavailable to talk. When they make mistakes or fail to communicate, there is no apology or acknowledgement. Renting with them has now caused me to have anxiety when renting.

Not sure what the 1-star reviews are talking about. I've been here about half a year and quite like the place. No, there is no junky gym or pool, but the building is clean with wide hallways and a large elevator. Parking is plentiful. Recent construction, maybe 2 years old. Granite countertop with a deep sink, modern energy-efficient appliances, and straightforward floor plans are great. Gigabit internet is available with Fios. You get a Nest thermostat and an August smart lock. The balcony is a nice feature, and I like how much light is let in through the glass doors. We like the restaurants that are in the same plaza: Starbucks, Olive Oil Grille, and Hawaii Poke are all within walking distance. The customer services are not very nice. The interiors looks are very simple and normal. Moreover, they have a small parking lot, no swimming pool, no gym and no playground. But the price is little higher compare to the others luxury apartments around. However, the rent polocy here is a little strange than other places that I have known.

The apartment is pretty basic and nice but man let me tell you the property managers are rude. They also overcharge for every little thing. Least helpful people in the world that clearly have no clue what they're doing. Had a package stolen and when I asked to see the cameras that point where the package was left I was told they were broken....the building was 2 years old at that point they just didn't care enough to let me see.
