Center Steps

Center Steps is truly an amazing community. My fiancé and I lived here for a year and highly recommend it! The location is super walkable - very convenient location to Seattle center, monorail, restaurants, SLU, and downtown. Units are spacious and modern (though ours didn’t have AC, and even with our portable unit it got really hot - that’s truly the only negative about the complex). Common areas are clean and well maintained. Even with all of those other positives, the staff is what really makes this place special. They are kind, professional, and constantly go above and beyond for tenants. We are so grateful for them and for our time living at Center Steps!

Center Steps is an amazing place! Great management, super responsive, friendly, and professional. Josh is the best! He’s always helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond for residents. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, parks, and public transit. The building is modern, clean, and well maintained. Overall, it’s a beautiful and convenient place with a great community vibe. Highly recommend!

As a new resident, the office staff have been really helpful and friendly in helping us make the move. The maintenance team have also been kind in helping us.

Center Steps has been a special place to call home for over 3 years. The management and staff have been incredibly caring and professional. Any minor issue gets acknowledged and addressed in a day if not on the same day. Special mention to Brandon, Joshua, Caesar and Jeremy who are ever so ready to help out and make the place feel safe. Stephanie is the best manager you will ever meet and will do her best to accommodate loyal residents. The views from the apartments are incredible and always clean and well maintained.

Another beautiful building. High ceilings lobby provides a welcoming atmosphere and an openeness that not a lot of other apartments offer. All the staff here are super friendly, making you actually feel like you’re family. To Stef, Brennan, and the rest of the staffs there, thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
