The onsite Community Manager who oversees the property operations to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone doesn’t resolve or such as little respond to residents complaints. In every review stating the managers are unresponsive with complaints, the owner replies to reach out to managers. So I can assume the owners are setting this example for the managers to follow. After being here for over a year I’m not sure why I’m paying $2,000 with all the fees for a 1BEDROOM. Winter time it snows in PA. This the only apartment in my experience that refuses to shovel the dog park for your dogs to use. It will be covered with a foot of snow, freeze at night making unusable, not safe and unsanitary. Since moving here in August... The maintenance staff and supervisor have been very attentive to all my concerns and without having a long wait... Have fixed every problem I have had with grace and a 😊!! Thank you.. I always thank with a snack to show my appreciation!!!

I have really enjoyed living here for the past year! The building has such a welcoming feel. Thanks to the dog park and various community activities we have made so many friends! Madison, our building manager, is a huge part of why we enjoy it so much. She’s always present downstairs, ready to help, and goes above and beyond to support residents. Just today, she helped us get my fiancé’s car jumped within 10 minutes of emailing her. She listens to resident concerns and works hard to address them. Even when something is out of her direct control, she still manages to search for a solution and help how she can! Maintenance is another highlight about this community! They are always prompt, friendly, and respectful (even with my 100-pound dog!). Big shoutout to Adam for all his hard work. T

I've lived at Center Square Lofts West for 3 and a half years and love it here! I downsized from a 3,000 plus SF home into a 1,200 plus SF apartment and was concerned about the transition, but the City Center crew made it easy. There are plenty of spacious closets and a storage facility for little-used items like decorations. As an avid baker, I accumulate a lot of kitchen items, including 8 kinds of flour, but the cupboards are quite roomy and everything fits. Restaurants, bars, swimming pool, all within walking distance. The few maintenance problems I've run into with my loft have been quickly remedied through Maintenance Mark and the office staff.
