Center Point Apartments

No one was ever in the office. I lived there for 2 years and we went through 3 different management companies/people. They all took days to respond to emails or didn’t respond at all. In the winter time they don’t leave salt buckets out for residents like all other apartments I lived at. I had fractured my ankle and was in a boot when we had a big ice storm. Was impossible to walk outside I couldn’t even take my dogs out to go potty. I emailed the office and they said they were working on it and that a vendor would be there whenever they could. I had to miss work and wait til 12 in the afternoon before I could go outside. And it was the maintenance man not a vendor that came. Numerous residents would leave dogs unattended or have them not on leashes outside. The last management company to

Went and looked at an apartment with a friend that was very very interested in cedar rapids...she went several times no one ever was in office she called several times with no responce what so ever.. finally drove down and low and behold there was someone there ,she went to pick up her application and her check. The gal there was very unprofessional never said a word to her just handed the papers and turned her back. I would suggest that your company take some time and teach your employees how to be better humans and respectful as if there were no tenants they would not have a check. If we could give them a -10 that's what you would get.

It took me 5 days finally found out that they did not have an available unit to rent out but Seldin company scam every website advertised as they have an unit. I visited that property more than 5 times called, left message, emailed no responses. The leasing office is always locked. They even put the flyer for lease in the front of yard. Why?? What a waste of my time and money!!! I am coming from out of state and I paid a chuck of money to stay at motel to find an apartment. I heard the Cedar Rapids is such a sweat city. My experience is horrible. So many places are misleading renter prospectors and no response. Sucks. Beware!! Lots of places advertised a false unit take your application momey.

One of the best properties I have ever lived at. Price for amenities is superb! Monica, the Residential Manager is beyond kind and provides exceptional service for her residents. They are also very efficient and quick for any repairs or maintenance needed. No issues with other residents, it’s a quiet well rounded community and they are PET friendly!!

We were moving from a house to an apartment. I stopped in and spoke to Monica and immediately I knew this was the place. She was very warm and welcoming. Very nice/new, secure complex. Highly recommend this complex because of the management staff.
