Center Creek Homes

We moved into our Center Creek Home 9 months ago. Things were a bit rocky, we felt, initially due to lack of effective communication on CC’s part. Things have improved dramatically with the addition of Casey Gelb to the team. In fact, our most recent issue was quickly and efficiently solved by great teamwork between Casey and Mike, Director of Construction. We are encouraged as our experience continues to improve.

It is my great pleasure to write a review of James Harrell, Warranty Manager at Center Creek Builders. We first met James during the contract phase of purchasing our home from Center Creek, and have had numerous interactions with him since taking possession of our home in July 2023. With each encounter, James has demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the structural aspects of our home, a willingness to address any and all problems, as well as remarkable skill for fixing practically anything. He has been an incredible advocate for addressing issues since our move-in, including coordinating sod installation (which occurred following move-in), having exterior siding replaced, and addressing an HVAC issue. Center creek was professional and collaborative during the building process. When we closed the inspector stated the quality of the construction was either the highest or second highest he’d seen the whole year. Three years later, we are very happy with our build and the quality.

James Harrell expertly ensured our warranty work was done. Prior to James' arrival with Center Creek, we waited over two years for the work to be done. James works to provide a professional, timely, and overall quality service within the warranty department.

My wife and I purchased a new build home from Center Creek in June 2020. We are first time buyers and, despite the pandemic, the process and experience of working with Center Creek could not have gone smoother. When we're in the market again, we will absolutely consider working with them again. Highly recommend working with them if you're in the market!
