Center Court Apartments

I’ve had a really great experience living at Center Court. One of my favorite things about the complex is the pool and playground; they’re such a nice perk during the warmer months, and I’m honestly counting down for winter to be over so I can enjoy them again. The community itself feels calm and family-friendly, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. The property is well-maintained, and whenever I’ve needed help, management and maintenance have been responsive and easy to work with. The location is also convenient and makes getting around pretty simple. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend living here! :)

I’m going to be very honest about this place, because sugarcoating doesn’t help anyone. When I first moved into this apartment complex, I was fed a whole lot of glitz, glamour, and sales-pitch energy. Everything sounded amazing. Everything looked amazing. And then reality kicked in, and it didn’t take long to realize that some of that shine was straight-up illusion. The original property manager, the one who actually worked with me and helped me get in here, was fired shortly after I moved in. That didn’t sit right with me. He did right by me, and his sudden removal made me question the direction of the property. Still, I stayed, because I wanted to see how things would play out. Enter Sherry. And let me say this loud and clear: Sherry is the backbone of this place. Before she even off

Centercourt Renovations have changed the vibe of the place. Price is the most fair price for the area and nice units. Good improvements by the new owners

Had an amazing tour today. The place is lovely and actively being remodeled with pretty upgrades and an amazingly staffed leasing office.

Maintenance here is absolutely amazing. Michael is always fast and gets the job done every time. Doesn’t take long for maintenance to come at all. Can usually get my work order done same day I put it in. Definitely need Marcos and them at every apartment complex
