I've been living at Centennial Tower & Court Apartments for almost four years now, so I feel like I can give a fair, long-term perspective. First, the building is older, so the interiors can feel a bit dated. Being a downtown property, you may occasionally deal with bugs but to be fair, management is responsive and they treat the issue quickly whenever it’s reported. Maintenance in general has been one of the strong points here. Any time I’ve had issues (broken tap, repairs, etc.), the team has responded within the expected time frame and resolved things efficiently. The building itself is actually quite peaceful despite being in a central location. The gym is decent, not fully equipped like a commercial gym, but good enough for functional workouts. The pool is operational now, which is a

We visited Centennial for a house tour of a two-bedroom unit. We had scheduled the tour and arrived on time to meet with Gayle from the leasing team. If elitism were a person, it would be her. We informed her of our price range, and she quoted significantly higher prices than what was listed on the website. When we opened the website and showed her the actual prices, she claimed that they were not available on her system and that the amenities would likely make the difference. We were talking about a $1,000 difference, which is quite significant. She sent us an email with the quotes, but we couldn’t open it. She was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Every question we asked her, she simply replied with, “It’s on the email I just sent you.” Why woul

I have had a consistently poor experience living here since moving in. As others have mentioned, garbage frequently piles up and overflows from the trash chutes. Many tenants demonstrate poor hygiene, leaving trash in the hallways and, at times, in the lobby. Pet waste is also a recurring issue and on multiple occasions the carpeted hallways reek of urine and feces. Although the building provides coded package lockers through Luxor, I have had many packages stolen. The elevator has been out of service for about five months. As a result, residents in the Court Tower on Floor 2 no longer have elevator access, which is a significant inconvenience and accessibility concern. While the previous management company (EQR) was not great, the current management, Two Coast Living, has been worse. W

I have had a very disappointing experience at this building (Centennial Tower) since moving in on November 14, 2025. Maintenance issues started immediately, most notably with the dishwasher. It was supposedly repaired in December but never actually fixed. A new work order was created on December 31, and as of January 9, the dishwasher is still not functional despite two separate maintenance visits. Since the new management took over around December 30, 2025, the situation has become even worse. Each visit has resulted only in vague verbal assurances that the issue is being “looked into,” with no timeline, no follow-through, and no accountability. I am repeatedly disrupted during work hours and left with an unusable appliance. Apologies and sympathy mean nothing without action. This build

Allie is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every time I come in, she greets me with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure any questions or concerns are handled quickly. She makes the building feel welcoming and well-managed, and it’s clear she truly cares about the residents. We’re lucky to have her at the front desk!
