Centennial Place Apartments

Centennial Place Apartments are beautiful subsidized new apartments with the address 3750-3800. They are very spacious. They have all new state of the art ammentities. They also have digital refrigerators, air conditioning in each unit, they have elevators for the 2nd and 3rd floors, a washer and dryer room that are seperate from your unit, there is a small parking lot with handicapped parking. This is a locked building for security, and I really think anyone that visited here or was interested in living here would be very happy to call these apartments home. Anna, the manager is truly amazing and can take care of any of your needs.

Don't forget your key card or you'll be locked out unless you're lucky enough to catch a open door after somebody enters. Same goes for the elevator and stairs to access the 2nd and 3rd floors. It's not a bad place to live I just wish people understood the limits of communal living and had more consideration of neighbors who live on the floors below.

Horribly unresponsive management at this complex. For context, I live nearby, and my groceries were mistakenly delivered (by no fault of my own) to their apartment complex by a third-party delivery driver. To clarify, I put in the correct address for my delivery. It takes a lot for me to leave any kind of review, but Centennial Place’s negligence in getting back to me at this point more than warrants a one-star review. Over the past day, I’ve called them at least three or four times about this misdelivery (checking they have the groceries, seeing when I could pick them up, etc.), but no one has picked up the phone on any of these occasions. Well they where Nice but ever sense they changed managers the place whent crazy what was is rhe old manager kept it all under control and kept all the drug dealing and amazon pacages from getting stollen but now with the new manager and the funny thing is we cant pay rent throught the rent drop box because it was stollen last night and the fire doors are all broken or they leave stuff in the door so it dont lock i got pics of.that and if you like to smell weed all the time then this is the place for you the building is not secure when they say it is a secure building and they have security cameras every where they dont the only place they dont is in the fire escaps and thats why people that dont live here and for Our amazon pacages to get stollen ive had 10 pacages stollen sense ive lived
