My experience with Centennial Leasing has been the EXACT same as another user review from 3 months ago. On my third payment almost two years ago, they said my payment was declined. My bank had no record of a payment request being submitted. I have the money, that’s not remotely close to a problem. All direct ACH information on my account is correct. Eighteen months later, here we are again. Exact same thing. I write and return calls to the agents. I have money in my account, no record of a payment request being submitted. Over the last dozen or so years, I've had a couple of commercial mortgages and few LOC's through Centennial. I have found them to be the easiest and most reasonable commercial lender of all the many lenders in which I've been involved. Very good terms. No funny business - like saying you're locked in, but you are not, and not saying that there are 30 days in every monthly period, resulting in them getting 365/360 times more interest from you. They are fair and honest. And it is quick to get to closing.

If I could give this bank a 0 star rating I would. Just another one of those banks that lives off Late Fees. You think you have an autopayment set up? You set that automatic payment up TWICE? Not good enough, late fees! I only did business through them because of the Chevrolet dealer, and was told at first the bank name was Dort, then later find out it's actually Centenial Lending, even the dealer had no idea, and there were late fees waiting for that mix up. Every month it's been late fees even when I have set up automatic payment TWICE, even called them on the phone to make sure it was done, still, LATE FEES!
