Amazing communication, apartment was very clean and move in ready. Leasing office was AMAZING at assisting with all my needs and well feels like home .

Had a tour scheduled for 9:30 am. They told me that I was supposed to get an email with further instructions and never got it. Called to two different numbers and both people told us someone was coming soon to let us in, not even show us the property. I ended waiting for 20 minutes and no one showed up. If this is how they coordinate a tour, I don’t want to know how the maintenance works. Don’t waste your time considering this place.

I have lived at the Centennial Apartments since it opened. The previous property management team, Everest Property Management, was largely incompetent and non responsive, the current property management team, Gates Hudson, is worse…..in a sneaky and financially predatory way. Instead of addressing the smeared paint on the walls, dog poop on the sidewalks near the building, overflowing trash dumpster, scuffed floors, and foul smelling first floor, these people send emails about storage spaces (for a fee!), potential gym renovations, and community mixers. Also, although the website still states that utilities are included in the rent, upon inquiring about renewing my lease, I was notified that the apartment complex is NO LONGER ALL-INCLUSIVE… so in addition to paying inflated rent, tenants

Avoid this like the plague. This property is managed by the most incompetent, disrespectful, and unprofessional group. I haven’t been able to use the dryer in my “Luxury apartment” for nearly one month. Instead of working around the clock to find a replacement, these people are dodging calls and lying. I have never experienced such chaos. If I were a property manager, I would exhaust every option before a tenant was forced to go without a dryer. Also, the first floor smells like rotting meat and vomit. Urine is in the elevator at least 10 days out of each month, and the shared areas are cleaned , maybe twice per calendar year. Also, the property manager is useless and rude! Please avoid!
