Cedarwood Estates Apartments

Hello, I’ve been living at these apartment for about 2 yrs now and I absolutely love it! The property manager is beyond nice, helpful and attentive! I would Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking!

I had to move ASAP, and thank god this place had a unit available, great price for a two bedroom even with the new remodel. Also pet friendly since I have a large dog and a lot of places lately aren’t pet friendly or don’t want large dogs. I used to live in the area years ago and it’s so great to be back where all the stores and restaurants are, and it’s a short commute to work. Candiss was great and very helpful with the move in process from start to finish. She even checked in after we moved in which I really appreciated, I never had a property manager do that. Thank you so much!

Very easy going process from start to finish, Candiss was wonderful to work with! Made my life easy with how organized it was all set up! Very happy with being a resident here! Pet friendly also! Was happy I could bring them too! Great parking , on site laundry, fairly quiet at night ! Close to shops and restaurants! Right in between I90 and strt2 also!!. I recommend you take a look if you are looking for a nice place to live. Updated interior as well! They do take care of these apartments!

I have lived here for about a month. Overall impressions are this is a great place to live. The front office was exceptional through the whole pre-move in and post-move in process. The property is clean and quite. The building is quite and peaceful and everyone kind of does their own thing. The unit itself was very clean and in top shape upon move in. I love the unit, the space, amenities, and size. Parking has not been an issue at all. Can't beat the location as anything and everything is within walking distance. Overall, fantastic experience so far and would 10/10 recommend. Plus, cannot beat the price for a 2 bedroom in this area.

I just want to note a few things for anyone looking to move in here. 1: The fitness center has been closed since COVID and is showing no signs of ever opening up again. Your rent will include paying for an amenity you can't use. 2: The trees between the buildings have been cut down since the promotional photos were taken. It's not nearly as picturesque as it used to be. 3: You had better be okay with noise and smells.Constant sirens from ambulances speeding to and from the hospital, and incessant honking and tire screeching from the nearby intersection with SOM Center, along with people constantly smoking cigarettes and weed outside, make it so the windows are better left closed at all times. Aside from that, it's decent. Maintenance has been polite and punctual most of the time.
