Yes, this place is part of Grey Stone Properties. We lived since 2019, maintenance fix a seal on the toilet, but did not level it and put cocking around it to seal the space between the toilet and the floor. He just left it. Does this guy know maintenance, or a wanna be. First few months we was here , maintenance thought we put water in the hall. No, the f a/c unit was leaking from not changing the filter. So we started to change it ourselves, because of dust allergies and they change it once a year. A/c filters need to be changed once a month when cleaning once a week , have carpet, have pets , and have fleas. Because they don't mow frequently here. If cleaned everything day, no carpet , apartment is not ground level , and no pets. Person can change it every other month. landlord did

Very bad place. Maintenance guy is very rude. I had a broken air unit and he never fixed it. Might as well have tried to fix it myself
