Cedars Apartments

We stayed at Cedars Apartments for almost three years, and our experience was truly great. We had a wonderful manager, Basil, who was always helpful and created a welcoming, warm atmosphere that made these years very enjoyable. Basil did an excellent job keeping the community informed about events and maintenance issues, all of which were resolved promptly. He also made sure the building felt safe and well-maintained. The apartment complex offers everything needed for comfortable living: a gym, a co-working space with quiet booths for private Zoom meetings, a great coffee selection, a package room, parking, and a beautiful rooftop with BBQs and an amazing view of Seattle and the Space Needle :) All lease details were clear and transparent. I have lived in the Cedars for about a year now and it has been the best renting experience I've had so far! I originally moved from a different state and had to do all of my tours and searching virtually. I ended up choosing a different apartment to live in Bellevue; however when I arrived and signed my lease it turned out that the apartment was covered in roaches and the complex did not inform me of the pest issue. I was therefore left homeless in an unfamiliar place. When I found The Cedars apartments and I told the manager, Basil, about my situation he was immediately helpful. I arrived from another state and visited several apartments in different areas. The truth is, I'm happy to have chosen the best option. From the very first minute, Basil was a fundamental part of my move, as he followed up on all my needs. As a single mother, I was looking for a safe place for my daughter and me, which I found in this community. Once inside the building, we felt completely safe, regardless of the time of day. We could enjoy the amenities without disturbing the neighbors. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the BBQ area, because it's under repair. I think 5 stars are not enough to rate Cedars Apartments and it's Property Manager Basil. Basil deserve 10 stars or may be 100 stars. Basil is very professional, he take care of his residence and the Apartment generously. He is very proactive with all the maintenance requests. I think this is one of the best Property manager I have ever met. For me this is one of the best apartment community I have ever lived. Its Safe, Its Clean, Its Organized, Its comfortable, best amenities, clean Gym, easy accessible to Pike place market and space needle. I really enjoyed each day of my stay here. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to anyone or everyone.

Happy with the management and quality of apartments. Special shoutout to Basil who made moving processes seamless. He was prompt at answering all queries and making sure tenants had a good residential experience. Location of this building and safety were good.
