I truly loved living here! Crown Property Management does a wonderful job picking out the best tenants! I never had an issue at all with any one of my neighbors. It was a very quiet, well kept apartment complex! Thank you for that!!!
I would NOT recommend these apartments if you are a family moving in. The property management charges you for every little thing. They will keep your deposit AND make you pay more. Besides that they also have a ton of rules! You can't have a kiddie pool or any pool at all, electric only BBQ, One parking spot (the rest that are unmarked are free but always taken). We lived there for a year.
