Cedars Apartments

This is a low budget building. With a lower budget owner. RAMPANT bed bug infestation. Landlord charging ~$500 to tenants, to chase bugs from one apartment to another. "No visiting your neighbor" was their solution. No ramp entrance, but for garage. Garage in dis-repair. Unable to provide tenants with replacement openers. Not really Handy Cap - ADA accessible. Five steps required to enter from parking lot! No ADA door openers! No bell or buzzer. Drugs and smoking in apartments abound! All fall and winter, MICE, unless you have a cat. The under building garages are not well vented and Carbon Monoxide seeps up the building. In 2023 they are unable to pass multiple City Building Inspections. Constant inspections, a bully of a landlord!

Went with a friend to look at apartments. They are large size. In steep hill. Some of them are very hard to reach from the parking lot, you have to walk long distance from the parking to reach the apartment. Office people are sweet.
