Cedarcrest Apartments

By far, Cedar Crest Apartments has met my living abilities! As a single mother, I appreciate the management making sure that the playground is safe and well maintained. Not only that, the management makes EVERY effort to secure safety to all it's residents. The apartment itself is very spacious, updated with wood/laminate floors, durable carpet, double pane windows, and a parking lot for the residents. I love that the apartments also come with a washer and dryer, as this is a bonus! Oh and the utilities (water, sewer and garbage) are included in the rent! Management has been very accommodating and the onsite maintenance is ALWAYS available with any maintenance issues that the residents may have. This is a great place to live and very reasonable as other places are extremely expensive and

I have lived here for about 4 years, cars get broke into, people with dogs don't clean up, there is no more resident manager, there is no insulation under the floor so it is freezing and moist in the winter creating mold. the owner lost my rent check once and gave me a pay or vacate, so good thing it wasn't a money order. Shady people always around, and a newer Tennant said he just got out of jail for assault so apparently criminals are welcome here. maintenance is not done unless you do it yourself, my faucet broke and I had to install a new one myself, the sliding door had no wheels when I moved in and I had to buy and install them, the thermostats are either full on or not at all so you bake or freeze, I even had to clean when I moved in. and the owner is rude and told me I had to clea

If you are looking for a decent place to stay that is cheap, this is not the place to move into. The apartments are not insulated properly. Windows are single paned so you hear the highway all day and night. Your heat escapes as fast as it is produced so get ready for either a high electric bill or some heavy clothes. Maintenance? What a joke. You might as well fix it yourself. The neighborhood is not the best either. Since I have been here, several cars have been broken into, things stolen, apartments broken into also. Can't move out of here fast enough.

Cedar crest is a great apartment community. Management has been very accommodating of my needs. The units are clean and modern. I love that they come with washer and dryers in the units.

if you have an emotional support animal or a service dog expect to be discrimated against and charged a pet deposit the manager don't care about breaking the ADA laws
