This place is an absolute scam & I would not recommend anyone living here. I lived here for 2 years while on a work detail in this part of the state and the neighborhood was nice and the people even the property manager sandy was a sweetheart. But the scam is 1: the maintenance is done by incompetent and lazy people who track dirt in your home when they come to fix things. 2: they do an inspection every 6 months and a bunch of people walk through your personal space which I really don’t care for & 3: when you leave they charge you for general maintenance which is ILLEGAL per wv renters law. There was no damage when I left but they charged me for re-painting, carpet cleaning (which was not at all dirty but the rental company needs to deep clean for the new tenant.
